CSO "TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!" is looking for a lawyer to join the team

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we invite a communication specialist to join our team within the framework of the project: "Multisectoral Assistance: Support for IDPs in Dnipropetrovsk Region and Affected Residents of the Frontline Area of Kharkiv Region."

Main tasks:

• Conduct informational work among internally displaced persons (IDPs) and affected populations, receive requests for legal consultations and assistance via phone, electronic communication, community visits, and mobile individual and group advisory sessions;

• Provide consultations, assess, and manage cases of individuals, families, and groups;

• Evaluate cases regarding the need for free secondary legal assistance;

• Analyze cases and propose strategies for case resolution;

• Redirect beneficiaries, including those with legal issues beyond the organization's competence;

• Maintain contact with beneficiaries and other organizations in the relevant field for further assistance regarding registered requests and cases, identify current needs of beneficiaries, and collect feedback on the quality of services provided;

• Maintain complete, thorough, and accurate documentation in accordance with legal norms, ethical rules, while preserving beneficiary confidentiality;

• Ensure the accuracy, substance, and timeliness of statistical and analytical reports, projects, schedules, and other working documents;

• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and other organizational policies;

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in law or international law;

• Practical experience in providing legal assistance in individual cases;

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;

• Experience working with IDPs and/or vulnerable groups and communities will be an advantage;

• Proficient in computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Experience in similar positions in a humanitarian context will be an advantage;

• Able to work independently while meeting deadlines;

• Able to work closely with team members;

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Desire for teamwork;

• Self-motivation;

• Flexibility.

• Signing of the contract is conducted exclusively based on the results of the competitive selection;

• Payment according to the terms of the signed service contract;
