CSO "TSE - NASHA SPRAVA" is looking for a psychologist to join the team

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we invite a communication specialist to join our team within the framework of the project: "Multisectoral Assistance: Support for IDPs in Dnipropetrovsk Region and Affected Residents of the Frontline Area of Kharkiv Region."

Main tasks:

• Conduct informational work among IDPs and affected populations, accept requests for psychological consultations via phone, electronic communication, community visits, and mobile individual and group counseling sessions;

• Conduct individual and/or group psychological counseling;

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality when working with beneficiaries;

• Evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of consultations and sessions;

• Maintain a feedback system from beneficiaries;

• Keep documentation (reports, records, etc.);

• Manage a personal consultation schedule;

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in psychology;

• Experience working with IDPs or in a humanitarian context is an advantage;

• Skills in individual and group counseling;

• Experience working with issues of stress, trauma, and adaptation;

• Ability to work in flexible conditions and adapt formats to meet people's needs;

• Empathy, responsibility, and adherence to confidentiality;

• Willingness to travel to communities, including frontline areas.

• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Experience in similar positions in a humanitarian context will be an advantage;

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines;

• Ability to work closely with team members;

• Flexibility;

• Contract signing is conducted exclusively based on the results of a competitive selection;

• Payment according to the terms of the signed service agreement;

• The cost of services includes taxes and fees that are paid or are to be paid;
