CSO "TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!" is looking for a communication specialist to join the team

Our organization's mission: we help people in difficult situations and promote a culture of charity.

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we invite a communication specialist to join our team within the framework of the project: "Multisectoral Assistance: Support for IDPs in Dnipropetrovsk Region and Affected Residents of the Frontline Area of Kharkiv Region."

Main tasks:

• Development, implementation, and monitoring of the project's communication strategy;

• Preparation of content for social media, press releases, and informational materials;

• Interaction with the media, partners, and donor organizations;

• Information support for events, campaigns, and activities;

• Support for the visual style of the organization (collaboration with a designer, maintaining the brand book);

• Updating the website and social media pages of the CSO;

• Reporting on achieved indicators (reach, engagement, etc.).

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in journalism, communications, PR, social sciences, or related fields;

• At least 1 year of experience in the field of communications;

• Fluent in Ukrainian, with strong writing and editing skills;

• Knowledge of digital communication principles, SMM, and copywriting;

• Ability to work with Canva, basic graphic editors, CRM or content planners;

• Teamwork, self-organization, and responsibility;

• Experience in the humanitarian sector or working with vulnerable groups will be an advantage.

Conditions:

• Full-time employment within the project;

• Payment according to the terms of the signed service contract;

• The contract will be signed exclusively based on the results of the competitive selection;

• The service fee includes taxes and fees;

• Having a private entrepreneur status will be an advantage.
