All products (lot No. 1 - lot No. 3) must be suitable for human use and have appropriate, fair, and market quality.
The goods included in the lots must be manufactured in compliance with quality standards established by the national legislation of the country of origin and/or the destination country (Ukraine), depending on which quality standard is higher.
Each unit of the product must have branded packaging from the manufacturer and contain product information in accordance with the requirements of current legislation in Ukraine. Products without labeling, without packaging, and of questionable quality/manufacture will not be considered.
Only products from manufacturers that are not included in the sanctions list of organizations sponsoring terrorism will be accepted for consideration in the tender. 3. PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to all suppliers who can deliver the requested sets of hygiene products within the specified time frame (individual entrepreneurs, limited liability companies, private enterprises, etc.).
Consortia are allowed. In the case of consortia, the lead agency must be named.
The tender participant must be duly registered in Ukraine and have been operating for at least two years from the date of registration; must not have open court proceedings or debt obligations that could lead to the seizure of accounts and assets of the participant.
Proposals from tender participants will not be considered if, at the time of submission:
the names of the tender participants are linked to terrorism and included in the list of individuals and organizations associated with terrorism published by the European Union, the US government, and the UN Security Council;
the tender participants do not have a valid permit for conducting commercial activities in Ukraine;
the tender participants refuse to comply with the requirements for protecting individuals from sexual exploitation and harassment during humanitarian assistance operations and the code of ethics and standards for information disclosure.
Important! Individual entrepreneurs on a single taxation system may be allowed to participate in the tender if it is confirmed that the contract amount does not exceed the remaining income limit for single tax payers in 2025.
4. DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
The participant has the right to submit a proposal for one, several, or all lots specified in this tender announcement. Submitting a proposal for all lots is not mandatory.

Delivery conditions: | DDP Incoterms 2020. The supplier bears the costs of loading, delivery, unloading, and cargo insurance during delivery. |

Packaging options for sets (LOT No. 1): | Individual cardboard boxes. Each box must be made of at least 3-layer cardboard and withstand palletizing and transportation loads. The dimensions of the boxes are determined by the Supplier based on the volume of the set and the number of items. The size of the box must be as close as possible to the volume of the set and should not contain more than 5% of free space. |
Labeling | Each box's outer side must display a "packing list" with the contents of the shipment (provided to the Winner upon signing the Supply Agreement). The layout-insert for the box will be provided by the Public Organization "THIS IS OUR BUSINESS!". The logos of the Public Organization "THIS IS OUR BUSINESS!" and the project's Donors are provided in the attachments. The supplier will receive the template and logos from the Public Organization "THIS IS OUR BUSINESS!". |

5. CONTRACTING TERMS
Contracting is planned for a term of up to December 1, 2025.
6. CURRENCY
The commercial proposal must be submitted in hryvnias.
7. VALIDITY OF PROPOSALS
Proposals are valid for a period of ten (10) calendar days after the deadline for submitting tender proposals. A proposal valid for a shorter period may be rejected as non-compliant.
A tender participant who agrees to the request has no right to change their proposal. All prices remain fixed until the expiration of the proposal's validity.
8. LANGUAGE OF THE TENDER
Proposals, all correspondence, and documents regarding the tender must be written in Ukrainian.
