Dear Applicants!

The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» announces a tender for the procurement of laptops for its own needs.

1. Procurement Conditions

·        Delivery of the procurement item to the address: Dnipro, 72B Dmytro Yavornytskyi Avenue, Office 1105.

·        Cashless payment

·        Payment within 30 calendar days

·        Delivery of the procurement item by June 6, 2025.

·        Provision of an Extract from the Unified State Register (USR)/Statement from the USR

·        The winner of the tender is obliged to sign a letter of compliance and the supply contract provided by the CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!».

·        Proposals submitted without a filled Template for submitting proposals, Extract from the USR/Statement from the USR, or submitted after the deadline for proposal submission will not be accepted for consideration.

·        The price proposal must be expressed including all taxes and possible commissions in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

·        Tender proposals and accompanying documents must be composed in the Ukrainian language.

If you are interested, please provide a written price proposal indicating the cost in the national currency - Hryvnia for each item according to the attached template to the email tenderfortns@gmail.com by 12:00 PM, May 25, 2025.

2. Schedule for Submission of Proposals and Contract Signing

Participants in the tender may also send any requests for clarification or questions regarding this Request for Proposals via email to tse.nasha.sprava@gmail.com.

CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage of the procurement process without providing reasons for the cancellation.
