The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» announces an open tender for the execution of construction works, including restoration and routine repair of kitchen facilities within the Mobile Transit Space (MTS), located at: 21 Mityahina Street, Samar, Ukraine.
SUBJECT OF SUPPLY
The purpose of this request is to engage a contractor to carry out a set of construction works for the arrangement of kitchen facilities (Address: 21 Mityahina Street, Samar, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast).
The works include demolition, electrical installation, ventilation, general construction, and accessibility-related works associated with the reconstruction of two kitchen premises in a public building. The scope of work includes the list specified in the defect acts (DA No. 1 – DA No. 2).
All equipment must be new and comply with accessibility requirements and technical safety standards. The contractor must ensure installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning, followed by training of personnel.
A framework agreement does not constitute a commitment to any minimum volume of procurement of services or other obligations, and the CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» shall have no obligation to:
(i)
to enter into an agreement with a law firm as a provider of exclusive or
unique services or
(ii) to order or purchase a minimum volume of services from the provider.
Goods from manufacturers that are not included in the sanctions list of organizations sponsoring terrorism are accepted for consideration in the tender. The list of legal entities to which personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) apply can be

3. PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to all suppliers who can deliver the requested hygiene kits within the specified timeframe (individual entrepreneurs, limited liability companies, private enterprises, etc.).
Consortia are allowed. In the case of consortia, the lead agency must be named.
The tender participant must be properly registered in Ukraine and have been operating for at least two years from the date of registration; must not have any open court proceedings or debt obligations that could lead to the seizure of the participant's accounts and assets.
The proposals of the tender participants will not be considered if, at the time of submission of the proposal:
the names of the tender participants are linked to terrorism and included in the list of individuals and organizations associated with terrorism, published by the European Union, the U.S. government, and the UN Security Council;
the tender participants do not have a valid permit to conduct commercial activities in Ukraine;
the tender participants refuse to comply with the requirements for the protection of individuals from sexual exploitation and harassment during the provision of humanitarian assistance operations and the code of ethics and standards for information disclosure.
Important! Individual entrepreneurs on the simplified taxation system may be
allowed to participate in the tender if it is confirmed that the contract amount does not exceed
the remaining income limit for single tax payers in 2025.
4. DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
The participant has the right to submit a proposal for one, several, or all lots mentioned in this
tender announcement. Submitting a proposal for all lots is not mandatory.
• All materials are supplied by the contractor unless otherwise specified.
Delivery:
occurs based on supply requests within 3-5
calendar days after placing the order.
Delivery conditions:
DDP Incoterms 2020. The costs for loading, delivery,
unloading, and insurance of goods during delivery are borne by
the supplier.
Delivery location: Samara, Mityahina St., 21.
5. CONTRACT TERMS
The contracting is scheduled until January 30, 2026.
6. CURRENCY
The commercial proposal must be submitted in UAH.
7. VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFERS
Offers are valid for a period of ten (10) calendar days after the deadline for submitting tender proposals. An offer that is valid for a shorter period may be rejected as non-compliant.
A tender participant who agrees to a request does not have the right to change their proposal.
All prices remain fixed until the expiration of the offer.
8. LANGUAGE OF THE TENDER
Bids, all correspondence and documents relating to the tender must be drawn up in the Ukrainian language.
9. SUBMISSION OF TENDER PROPOSALS
The tender proposal must be submitted via e-mail to tender@tsenashasprava.com according to
the schedule outlined in paragraph 2 of this Announcement.
Proposals must be prepared based on the instructions provided in this request
for proposals.
Your proposal must include the following documents:
Qualification documents (permits, certificates) if available;
Provision of an extract from the State Register / Statement from the State Register;
Template for submitting the proposal;
Each tender participant is required to sign a letter of compliance.
Proposals submitted without a completed Template for submitting the proposal, quality/compliance certificates,
letter of compliance, extract from the State Register / Statement from the State Register, or submitted after
the deadline for the submission of proposals will not be considered.
IMPORTANT! Any false or incomplete information provided by the participant may
result in the rejection of the application.
10. CONTRACTING
A framework supply agreement provided by the CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» will be signed with the successful bidder.
11.THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL AND TO REJECT ANY
The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, as well as to cancel the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to the award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders or any obligation to inform the relevant bidders of the reasons for its decision.
