The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» announces a tender for the procurement of sleeping bags for further distribution to the population.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The purpose of this request is to obtain proposals for the supply of sleeping bags.
Detailed information and quantity are provided in the template attached to this Announcement.
The total volume of procurement under this Announcement is 280 units.
The goods included in the lot must be manufactured at production facilities and meet the quality standards established by the national legislation of the country of origin and/or the country of destination (Ukraine), depending on which quality standard is higher.
The goods must have branded packaging from the manufacturer and contain product information in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine. Goods without labeling, without packaging, and of questionable quality/manufacture will not be considered.
Only products from manufacturers not included in the sanctions list of organizations sponsoring terrorism will be considered for the tender. The list of legal entities subject to personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) can be checked at the following link:

3. PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to all suppliers who can deliver the requested goods within the specified timeframe (individual entrepreneurs, limited liability companies, private enterprises, etc.).
The tender participant must be duly registered in Ukraine and have been operating for at least two years from the date of registration; must not have any open court proceedings or debt obligations that could lead to the seizure of the participant's accounts and assets.
Tender proposals will not be considered if, at the time of submission of the proposal:
the names of the tender participants are associated with terrorism and are included in the list of individuals and organizations linked to terrorism, published by the European Union, the U.S. government, and the UN Security Council;
the tender participants do not have a valid permit to conduct commercial activities in Ukraine;
the tender participants refuse to comply with the requirements for protecting individuals from sexual exploitation and harassment during humanitarian aid operations and the code of ethics and standards for information disclosure.
Important! Individual entrepreneurs on a single tax system may be allowed to participate in the tender if it is confirmed that the contract amount does not exceed the remaining income limit for single tax payers in 2026.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery terms: | DDP Incoterms 2020. The supplier bears the costs of loading, transport, unloading and insuring the goods during transit. |

Payment Terms:
50% - prepayment upon signing the Contract
50% - after signing the acceptance certificate of completed works
5. CURRENCY
The commercial proposal must be submitted in UAH.
6. VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFERS
Offers are valid for a period of thirty (30) working days after the deadline for submitting tender proposals. An offer valid for a shorter period may be rejected as non-compliant.
The tender participant who agrees to the request may not change their proposal. All prices remain fixed until the expiration of the offer.
7. LANGUAGE OF THE TENDER
Bids, all correspondence and documents relating to the tender must be drawn up in the Ukrainian language.
9.SUBMISSION OF TENDER PROPOSALS
Tender bids must be submitted exclusively by email tender@tsenashasprava.com
according to the schedule, in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Announcement.
Your proposal must include the following documents:
provision of a quality/compliance certificate;
Provision of an extract from the Unified State Register (USR)/Statement from the USR;
Template for submitting a proposal (mandatory completion of all fields highlighted in yellow);
Proposals submitted without a completed Template for submitting a proposal, quality/compliance certificates, extract from the USR/Statement from the USR, or submitted after the deadline for proposal submission will not be considered.
IMPORTANT! Any false or incomplete information provided by the participant may lead to the rejection of the application.
11. CONTRACTING
A supply contract provided by the CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» will be signed with the successful bidder..
12. THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL AND TO REJECT ANY
The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, as well as to cancel the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to the signing of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders or any obligation to inform the relevant bidders of the reasons for its decision.
The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» also reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage without providing any explanation.
