The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» announces a tender for the procurement of portable gas stoves for further distribution to the population.

1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

   
   

The purpose of this request is to obtain proposals for the supply of portable gas stoves. 

Detailed information and quantity are provided in the template attached to this Announcement.

The total volume of procurement under this Announcement is 580 units.

The product included in the lot must be manufactured and meet the quality standards established by the national legislation of the country of origin and/or the country of destination (Ukraine), depending on which quality standard is higher.

The product must have branded packaging from the manufacturer and contain information about the product in accordance with the requirements of current legislation in Ukraine. Products without labeling, without packaging, and of questionable quality/manufacture will not be considered.

Only products from manufacturers that are not included in the sanctions list of organizations sponsoring terrorism will be accepted for consideration in the tender. 2. TIMETABLE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACTS

3. PARTICIPATION

The competition is open to all suppliers who can deliver the requested goods within the specified timeframe (individual entrepreneurs, limited liability companies, private enterprises, etc.). 

The tender participant must be properly registered in Ukraine and have been engaged in activities for at least two years from the date of registration; they must not have any open court proceedings or debt obligations that could lead to the seizure of the participant's accounts and assets.

Proposals from tender participants will not be considered if, at the time of submission of the proposal: 

• the names of the tender participants are linked to terrorism and included in the list of individuals and organizations associated with terrorism, published by the European Union, the U.S. government, and the UN Security Council; 

• the tender participants do not have a valid permit for conducting commercial activities in Ukraine; 

• the tender participants refuse to comply with the requirements for the protection of individuals from sexual exploitation and harassment during the provision of humanitarian assistance operations and the code of ethics and standards for information disclosure. 

Important! Individual entrepreneurs on the simplified taxation system may be allowed to participate in the tender if it is confirmed that the contract amount does not exceed the remaining income limit for single tax payers in 2026.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery Locations

The product must be delivered to the following locations:

Payment terms: 

50% - advance payment upon signing the Contract

50% - after signing the certificate of completed work

5. CURRENCY

The commercial proposal must be submitted in UAH.

6. VALIDITY PERIOD OF OFFERS

Offers are valid for a period of thirty (30) working days after the deadline for submitting tender proposals. An offer valid for a shorter period may be rejected as non-compliant.

A tender participant who agrees to the request is not entitled to change their proposal. All prices remain fixed until the expiration of the offer.

7. LANGUAGE OF THE TENDER

Proposals, all correspondence, and documents related to the tender must be prepared in the Ukrainian language.

9. SUBMISSION OF TENDER PROPOSALS

The tender proposal must be submitted by email tender@tsenashasprava.com 

according to the schedule, in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Announcement.

Your proposal must include the following documents:

• Provision of a quality/compliance certificate;

• Provision of an extract from the State Register/Statement from the State Register;

• Template for submitting the proposal (mandatory completion of all fields highlighted in yellow);

Proposals submitted without a completed Proposal Submission Template, quality/compliance certificates, and an extract from the Unified State Register (USR) / USR excerpt, submitted after the deadline for proposal acceptance, will not be considered.

IMPORTANT! Any false or incomplete information provided by the participant may result in the rejection of the application.

11. CONTRACTING

A framework supply agreement provided by the CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» will be signed with the successful bidder.

12. THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL AND TO REJECT ANY

The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, as well as to cancel the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to the signing of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders or any obligation to inform the relevant bidders of the reasons for its decision.

The CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» also reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage without providing any explanation.
