Please provide commercial offers for the purchase of personal protective equipment for our own needs.
The delivery period is 5 days.
Place of address delivery – 4A Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, Dnipro, Ukraine.
Commercial offers must be submitted using the completed Proposal Submission Template, clearly indicating the goods you are offering and their respective prices (mandatory fields to be completed are highlighted in yellow in the file.)
PLEASE NOTE that the cost of the goods should include delivery to the following address: 4A Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, Dnipro, Ukraine.
Your offer must include the following documents: · Extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EDR) / EDR Extract; · Proposal Submission Template – specification signed and stamped, and financial proposal signed and stamped. Each tender participant undertakes to sign a Letter of Compliance. |
