Civil Society Organization "TSE — NASHA SPRAVA!" hereby announces a tender for the procurement of furniture and large household appliances for the arrangement of a collective center / temporary accommodation center (TAC) at the address: Samar, 21 Mityahina Str.

SUBJECT OF SUPPLY

The purpose of this request is to obtain proposals for the supply of furniture and large household appliances for the arrangement of a Collective Center based on Gymnasium No. 7 (Address: 21 Mityahina Str., Samar urban-type settlement, Dnipropetrovsk region).

CSO "TSE — NASHA SPRAVA!" will conclude a framework agreement with the winning bidder, with the possibility of further extension depending on the quality of goods and delivery execution.

The framework agreement does not imply any commitment regarding a minimum volume of service procurement or other obligations, and CSO "TSE — NASHA SPRAVA!" has no obligation: (i) to enter into an agreement with a legal company as an exclusive or unique service provider, or (ii) to order or purchase a minimum volume of services from the provider.

This announcement provides for two lots, each containing a separate configuration according to the category of goods:

• Lot 1 – Furniture

• Lot 2 – Household appliances

Participants may submit tender proposals for one or both lots in accordance with their specialization and supply capabilities. Each lot includes a clearly defined quantity of goods.

All products (Lot No. 1 - Lot No. 2) must be fit for human use and must be of proper, fair, and market quality.

The goods included in the lots must be manufactured under factory conditions and comply with the quality standards established by the national legislation of the country of origin and/or the country of destination (Ukraine), depending on which quality standard is higher.

Each unit of goods must have manufacturer-branded packaging and contain information about the product in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Goods from manufacturers that are not included in the sanctions list of organizations sponsoring terrorism are accepted for consideration in the tender. 3. PARTICIPATION

The competition is open to all suppliers capable of delivering the furniture and household appliances corresponding to the request within the designated timeframe (Sole Proprietors/FOP, Limited Liability Companies/LLC, Private Enterprises, etc.).

Consortiums are permitted. In the case of a consortium, the lead agency must be named.

The bidder must be duly registered in Ukraine and have been operating for at least one year from the date of registration; they must have no open legal proceedings or debt obligations that could lead to the arrest of the participant's accounts and assets.

Bidders' proposals will not be considered if, at the time of submission:

• The bidders' names are linked to terrorism and are included in the list of individuals and organizations associated with terrorism published by the European Union, the US Government, and the UN Security Council;

• The bidders do not hold a valid commercial activity permit in Ukraine;

• The bidders refuse to comply with the requirements for the protection of individuals from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) during humanitarian aid operations, as well as the code of ethics and information disclosure standards.

  
  

Important! Sole Proprietors (FOPs) on the simplified (single) tax system may be admitted to participate in the tender provided they confirm that the contract amount does not exceed the remaining income limit for single tax payers in 2025.

4. DELIVERY AND PACKAGING

The participant has the right to submit a proposal for one, several, or all lots specified in this tender announcement. Submitting a proposal for all lots is not mandatory.

Contracting is planned for a term ending on November 30, 2026 - LOT 1.

6. CURRENCY

The commercial proposal must be submitted in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

7. VALIDITY PERIOD OF PROPOSITIONS

Proposals shall remain valid for a period of ten (10) working days after the deadline for tender submission. A proposal valid for a shorter period may be rejected as non-responsive to the requirements.

A bidder who agrees to the request shall not have the right to modify their proposal. All prices shall remain fixed until the expiration of the proposal validity period.

8. TENDER LANGUAGE

Proposals, all correspondence, and documents relating to the tender must be drafted in the Ukrainian language.

9. SUBMISSION OF TENDER PROPOSITIONS

The tender proposal must be submitted via e-mail to tender@tsenashasprava.com in accordance with the schedule outlined in Section 2 of this Announcement.

Proposals must be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in this Request for Proposals. Your proposal must include the following documents:

• Provision of a quality/compliance certificate for each item;

• Provision of an Extract from the Unified State Register (EDR) / Certificate of Registration;

• Proposal Submission Template (fields mandatory for completion are highlighted in yellow in the file);

• Each bidder undertakes to sign a Letter of Compliance;

• A copy of the passport of the director and the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO), as required by the Donor, to conduct vetting regarding the absence of links to the屹aggressor state and facts of its financing.

  
  

Proposals submitted without a completed Proposal Submission Template, permits, cost calculations, or an Extract/Certificate from the EDR, submitted after the closing time for receiving proposals, will not be admitted for consideration.

Proposals submitted without a completed Proposal Submission Template, quality/compliance certificates, a Letter of Compliance, or an Extract/Certificate from the EDR, submitted after the closing time for receiving proposals, will not be admitted for consideration.

IMPORTANT! Any false or incomplete information provided by the participant may lead to the rejection of the application.

11. CONTRACTING

A framework supply agreement, provided by CSO "TSE — NASHA SPRAVA!", will be signed with the winner of the tender.

12. RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL AND TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS

CSO "TSE — NASHA SPRAVA!" reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, as well as to cancel the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to Contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidders of the grounds for such decision.
