Public Organization "THIS IS OUR BUSINESS!" announces a tender for the purchase of furnishing products, furniture, tools and electric stoves for a bomb shelter and a military training center (address: Samara, Boris Johnson Street, 27A)



PART OF SUPPLY


The purpose of this request is to receive offers for the supply of furnishing products, furniture, tools and electric stoves for a bomb shelter and a military training center during 2025. With the winner of the tender, Public Organization "THIS IS OUR BUSINESS!" will conclude a framework agreement for seven months, with the possibility of further extension, depending on the quality of the sets and the performance of deliveries.


The framework agreement does not imply an obligation regarding the minimum volume of services purchased or other obligations, and Public Organization "THIS IS OUR BUSINESS!" has no obligation:


(i)        to enter into an agreement with the law firm as a provider of exclusive or unique services or


(ii)        to order or purchase a minimum volume of services from the provider.

All products must be fit for human consumption and of proper, fair and marketable quality.


The goods included in the composition must be manufactured in the production facility and meet the quality standards established by the national legislation of the country of origin and/or the country of destination (Ukraine), whichever is higher.


Each unit of goods must have packaging branded by the manufacturer and contain information about the goods, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. Goods without marking, without packaging and of dubious quality/production will not be considered.


Goods from manufacturers that are not included in the sanctions list of organizations sponsoring terrorism will be accepted for consideration in the tender. 3. PARTICIPATION


The tender is open to all suppliers who can deliver the requested hygiene kits within the specified period (individual entrepreneur, Limited Liability Companies, Private Enterprises, etc.).


Consortiums are possible. In the case of consortiums, the lead agency must be named.


The tenderer must be duly registered in Ukraine and have been operating for at least two years from the date of registration; not have any open legal proceedings, debt obligations that may lead to the seizure of the participant's accounts and assets.


Tenderers' proposals will not be considered if, at the time of submission of the proposal:


  •  the names of the tenderers are associated with terrorism and are included in the list of persons and entities associated with terrorism published by the European Union, the US Government and the UN Security Council;

  • he tenderers do not have a valid permit to conduct commercial activities in Ukraine;


  • tenderers refuse to comply with the requirements for the protection of individuals from sexual exploitation and harassment during humanitarian aid operations and the code of ethics and standards for disclosure of information.


Important! Individual entrepreneurs on the single taxation system may be admitted to participate in the tender if it is confirmed that the contract amount does not exceed the residual income limit of single tax payers in 2025.


4. DELIVERY AND PACKAGING


A Bidder may bid for one, several or all of the lots listed in this tender notice. Bidding for all lots is not mandatory.

Delivery

takes place on the basis of supply requests within 3-5 calendar days after the request is placed.

Delivery terms:

DDP Incoterms 2020. The costs of loading, delivery, unloading, and insurance of goods during delivery are borne by the supplier.

5. CONTRACTING TERM


Contracting is planned for the period until December 1, 2025.


 

6. CURRENCY


The commercial offer must be submitted in hryvnias.




7. VALIDITY OF OFFERS


Offers are valid for a period of ten (10) calendar days after the deadline for submission of tender offers. A tender valid for a shorter period may be rejected as not meeting the requirements.


A tenderer who agrees to the request is not entitled to change its offer. All prices remain fixed until the expiry of the offer validity period.




8. LANGUAGE OF THE TENDER


Offers, all correspondence and documents relating to the tender must be drawn up in Ukrainian.




9. SUBMISSION OF TENDER OFFERS


The tender offer must be submitted via e-mail tender@tsenashasprava.com according to the schedule, according to clause 2 of this Announcement.


Proposals must be prepared based on the guidelines set out in this request for proposals.


Your proposal must include the following documents:


·        provision of a certificate of quality/compliance for each item;


·        Provision of an Extract from the Unified State Register/Extract from the Unified State Register;


·        Template for submitting a proposal;


·        Each tenderer undertakes to sign a letter of compliance.

 

Proposals submitted without a completed Proposal Submission Template, quality/conformity certificates, letter of compliance, UDR Extract/Extract from UDR, submitted after the closing time for proposals are not allowed for consideration.



IMPORTANT! Any false or incomplete information provided by the participant may lead to rejection of the application.


10. CONTRACTING


A framework supply agreement provided by the NGO “IT'S OUR BUSINESS!” will be signed with the winner of the tender.



11. RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL AND REJECT ANY


The NGO “IT'S OUR BUSINESS!” reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, as well as to cancel the selection process and reject all proposals at any time before the award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the tenderers concerned or any obligation to inform the tenderers concerned of the reasons for the decision.
