The project is implemented by the CSO «TSE - NASHA SPRAVA!» in partnership with the Charitable Foundation “Angels of Salvation,” with financial support from the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine, aiming to provide vulnerable households with winter assistance during the 2025–2026 heating season.

Within the framework of the project, 3,600 households in the Donetsk (Kramatorsk community) and Kharkiv regions (Barvinkivska, Kuniivska, Izium communities) received financial assistance for the purchase of solid fuel.

The support was directed towards the most vulnerable categories of the population:

• Older adults (60+)

• People with disabilities

• Women who are heads of households

• Families with three or more children

• Pregnant women and mothers with infants

• Low-income individuals

To implement the project, two mobile registration teams were formed (one in each region), which ensured effective registration of households and supported the project's implementation on the ground.

Result: Households gain the opportunity to independently provide heat during the autumn-winter period, which reduces health risks and increases safety and decent living conditions.
