Kharkiv region, village of Lyptsi

Briefly about the main thing

The project "Meeting the urgent intersectoral humanitarian needs of IDPs and conflict-affected populations in Ukraine" was implemented by the Civil Society Organization "Tse - Nasha Sprava!". The goal was to provide basic assistance to residents of the deoccupied village of Lyptsi, who were affected by hostilities and occupation (from February 24 to September 11, 2022), by delivering food kits.

The main task is to support the most vulnerable categories (large families, people with disabilities, people with limited mobility, elderly people aged 80+, IDPs and those whose housing was damaged), and also to remind them that they are not left alone with their grief. During the project period, 1,000 food kits were prepared and delivered to residents of the Lipetsk community. No significant problems arose during implementation, although difficult access to the village due to mined roads and a destroyed bridge required the use of small-sized transport.

Project achievements

The project was successfully completed. The goal of delivering 900 food kits was exceeded: 1,000 kits were delivered by 21.07.2023. 1,000 unique beneficiaries received assistance, including 63 IDPs and 20 people with disabilities. Short-term results: saving beneficiaries’ budgets for basic products and ensuring their nutritional needs. Long-term results: people felt cared for and supported in difficult times.
