Multi-sectoral assistance: support for the MTP in the Dnipropetrovsk region and affected residents of the front-line district of the Kharkiv region

1. Dnipropetrovsk Region: Collective Site in the City of Samara (Novomoskovsk)

Location:Samara (formerly Novomoskovsk), Borys Johnson Street, 27A

Municipal property of the Novomoskovsk Vocational Technical School of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council

Included in the Collective Site Registry according to CMU Resolution No. 930

Target Audience:77 internally displaced persons (IDPs), including 21 pensioners and 2 persons with disabilities

1.1 CCCM Component (Camp Coordination and Camp Management):

  • Arranging safe and comfortable spaces for residents within the collective site and its shelter

  • Connection of a 50 kW generator

  • Installation of 4 new electric stoves

  • Procurement and installation of wardrobes for personal belongings (one per room, total of 35 wardrobes)

  • Ensuring barrier-free access to the shelter using a mobile stair lift for persons with limited mobility

1.2 WASH Component (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene):

  • Renovation of 4 restrooms, considering the needs of persons with disabilities

  • Provision of institutional hygiene kits

1.3 Protection Component:

  • Psychological support (individual and group sessions)

  • Legal assistance

  • Outreach to newly arrived IDPs outside the collective site — in coordination with the Protection Cluster

2. Kharkiv Region: Support for Frontline Communities of Kupiansk District

Target Audience:1,346 individuals from vulnerable groups, including:

  • Persons with disabilities

  • Pensioners

  • Single mothers

  • Large families, etc.

2.1 WASH Component:

  • Distribution of individual hygiene kits

  • In accordance with cluster standards

2.2 Protection Component:

  • Individual and group psychological support

  • Legal consultations

2.3 Additionally:

  • A hotline for urgent support to beneficiaries
