Civil Society Organization “TSE – NASHA SPRAVA!” is implementing a comprehensive humanitarian project in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions. Its goal is to improve the living conditions of internally displaced persons and vulnerable households affected by the armed conflict.

The project brings together three important areas of assistance: improving living conditions and providing essential non-food items; support in water supply, sanitation, and hygiene; and psychological and legal assistance.

Support for Internally Displaced Persons in Samar

In the city of Samar, Dnipropetrovsk Region, the project will support a collective accommodation site housing 59 internally displaced persons. Among them are older persons and persons with disabilities.

The project plans to:

• renovate and equip residential and communal areas;

• upgrade the electrical wiring to ensure the safe use of household appliances;

• equip kitchen areas with electric stoves and refrigerators;

• furnish rooms with basic furniture;

• renovate two sanitary facilities in accordance with accessibility principles;

• provide the collective accommodation site with hygiene kits.

The renovated common room will provide residents with a comfortable space for rest, communication, and mutual support.

Assistance to Frontline Communities

In Kupiansk District of Kharkiv Region and Kramatorsk District of Donetsk Region, the project is aimed at supporting vulnerable families whose homes have been damaged by hostilities.

Light and medium repairs to damaged private houses are planned. This will help restore the basic functionality of the homes, make them safer, and reduce risks to residents.

Members of vulnerable groups will also receive individual hygiene kits adapted to possible displacement or evacuation. Community residents will be informed about available evacuation options, up-to-date contact details for assistance services, and opportunities to receive support.

Psychological and Legal Support

People in need will be able to receive individual psychological consultations, participate in group psychosocial support sessions, and access specialised mental health activities.

Legal assistance will include consultations, support with document preparation, and referrals to specialised services where necessary. Remote support through a hotline and online channels will also be available to residents of Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.

The project will help create safer and more dignified living conditions, improve access to essential services, and support those who need assistance most.
