As part of the project activities, 1 three-day on-site workshop was held for a team of 4 people from our organization.

We spent this time in the city of Svitlovodsk, Kirovograd region with a facilitator very productively. These days were filled with ideas, discussions to achieve a common goal - the development of a three-year strategic plan

It was important for us to provide a clear vision of development and outline specific steps to achieve it.

In addition, 5 online sessions with a facilitator were held to strengthen monitoring, assessment and risk management skills

Project achievements:

1. We have managed to develop a three-year strategic plan for the organization and an operational plan for 2025. Now we have clearly defined long-term goals that we strive to achieve. The operational plan, in turn, shows a clear route with specific tasks, deadlines and areas of responsibility, which increases our efficiency

2. Our organization's team has acquired new skills that will allow us to manage projects and risks more professionally.

3. We have increased the transparency of the activities of the CSO “Tse - Nasha Sprava!” thanks to a structured approach to monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of projects
