The team of Civil Society Organization “TSE – NASHA SPRAVA!” participated in a two-day training session focused on strategic development and strengthening organizational capacity.
The training gave the team an opportunity to step away from their daily tasks and focus on the organization’s future. Participants reviewed current activities, discussed a shared vision for development, and identified the results they aim to achieve.
During the training, the team worked on key questions: what the organization is today, what its strengths are, which areas require further development, and what Civil Society Organization “TSE – NASHA SPRAVA!” should become in the future.
From Ideas to an Action Plan
Over the two days, the team:
identified the organization’s priority areas for development;
formulated strategic goals;
analyzed its strengths and areas for growth;
agreed on a shared vision for the future;
outlined specific steps for further work.
The training helped the team not only organize its ideas but also turn them into clear goals and practical solutions. This work is important for strengthening internal processes, developing the team, and improving the quality of assistance the organization provides to people and communities.
Particular attention was also paid to teamwork. Open discussions helped participants better understand their shared aspirations, align their priorities, and assign responsibility for the next steps.
Appreciation for Professional Guidance
Civil Society Organization “TSE – NASHA SPRAVA!” sincerely thanks its mentor, Ms. Oleksandra, for her professional guidance, attentiveness, and support. Her questions and recommendations helped the team analyze its experience more deeply, find answers to important questions, and develop a realistic vision for its future growth.
The practical work of implementing the identified goals lies ahead. At the same time, the team now has a clearer understanding of the organization’s direction, the changes it seeks to achieve, and how it can become even stronger and more effective.
